Delegates should complete the form below to register
Registration is only complete after payment has been received. Payment can be made by credit card (preferred), bank transfer or cheque, see details below
Delegates wishing to submit an abstract for a contributed talk or a poster should submit this separately by email to cms-conf@bristol.ac.uk
Delegates wishing to apply for a student bursary should ask their supervisor to support their application by email to cms-conf@bristol.ac.uk

All prices will increase by £50 after 13th May 2012

Types of registration

(a) Registration including standard accommodation and all meals (£395)
(b) Registration including en suite accommodation and all meals (£475)
(c) "Day delegate" registration including lunches (£250)
Student registration including standard accommodation and all meals (£395). There are two options:
- (d) pay the full amount of £395
- (e) pay £195 and apply for a student bursary
(f) Accompanying person registration (£200). This including accommodation and all meals for someone not attending the meeting but accompanying a resident delegate, with shared accommodation.

All types of registration include all tea and coffee breaks. Registration is complete on receipt of the registration fee. Please do not make any travel bookings until your application has been formally accepted. We will issue as many student bursaries as we can, but no guarantee can be made. If a bursary is not awarded, an invoice for the remaining £200 will be sent after the conference.

Payment can be made by credit card or by cheque in GBP. In the latter case, please fill in the payment form (PDF or Word) and post to:
