It is well known that the rare earth phosphate is useful in aspects of the production of phosphors, sensors and heat-resistant materials. My current research is focused on the synthesis of CePO4 and CePO4 doped with Tb nanoparticles. The synthesis method is based on the use of microemulsions as reactors to create organized assemblies of these fluorescent nanophosphors.
