Typical quantities required for default automated acquisitions (assuming a molecular mass of ~200 g/mol – adjust accordingly for higher molecular weights):

NOTE
Halving the concentration of your sample, means the experiment will need to run for 4 times longer to obtain the same signal. Please ensure you use appropriate amounts of compound for your experiments
