HOW IT’S USED

 

 

Cocaine is usually through a narrow tube, which has been placed in the nostril, a process known as ‘snorting’. However it may also be injected. Cocaine can also be smoked either by freebasing by smoking through a water pipe or in it’s concentrated form, crack.

 

 

EFFECTS

 

 

Cocaine is taken to give the user feelings of intense euphoria and exhilaration. However other effects of the drug are an increased heart rate and blood pressure, decreased appetite and dilation of the pupils. Long-term abuse of the drug can lead to a large number of physiological and psychological problems such as skin disorders, perforation of the septum of the nose and anxiety. I f use is especially bad a psychosis relate to schizophrenia may prevail.
