The Green Chemistry Network - United Kingdom

This was launched in the mid-90s by the RSC and is based at York University.

The main aim of the network is "To promote awareness and facilitate the education, training and practice of green chemistry." Generally, they hope to share best practice and provide data to prove that the adoption of green practices can also provide cost benefits for industry.

The Green Chemistry Institute - United States of America

The institute works in partnership with the American Chemical Society to prevent future pollution through research and education.

The Green and Sustainable Chemistry Network - Japan

Much the same as the other organisations, their mission is to promote research and development regarding the environment, human health and safety.

INCA - Italy

This is a multi-university consortium, which has a large focus on green chemistry.
