If you share this passion for ice cream with me, you might have realized that even if the recipe is easy it takes for ever to freeze. But some found the solution: nitrogen ice cream .
The principle is easy. Using exactly the same recipe as usual you make your ice cream ten times faster by added liquid nitrogen.
Nitrogen is present everywhere but is only found in its liquid state at -95 degree Celsius. I.e. It's rall cold, you better not touch it wiht your skin otherwise you get burnt.
