Andy's work has been presented at Departmental seminars, poster competitions and recently at the 14th Posgraduate Symposium of the RSC's Heterocyclic Group and at the RSC's Organic Reaction Mechanisms Group.
When Andy is not playing football for the University first team he can be found playing golf with his handicap of four.
Andy has arranged a postdoctoral position with Professor James Rigby at the Wayne State University in Detroit, USA and recently got a flavour of the United States at the ACS Fall meeting in New Orleans.
