Supramolecular Chemistry

This website was made as a web page project for second year chemistry students at University of Bristol. I have chosen the topic of supramolecular chemistry because it is presently the focus of many academic research groups and pharmaceutical companies. Though highly studied, this topic is seldom presented in undergraduate curricula. In this website, I will attempt to introduce the fundamentals of supramolecular chemistry and its applications in science. It is impossible to go into the details of supramolecular chemistry because it is highly interdisciplinary in nature, encompassing the subjects from theoretical to organic chemistry, from biology to physics.
