Printed by R. Cruttwell of Bath. 1790. A highly entertaining pamphlet which gives a good description of the "vin cuit" method of cider production.

  2.  The Rural Economy of Gloucestershire by D. Marshall. 1796. An exhaustive survey of the agricultural practices of the time. It includes an excellent description of cider making.
