Jmol Vibrating Molecules
These pages show examples of IR spectra for simple molecules, and how the peaks in the spectra relate to the molecular vibrations. It uses JMol, so your browser needs to have Java and Javascript enabled. It works on modern versions of IE and Firefox, but some features might not work on other browsers.
