Michael Ralph


   
 

Biography:
Michael graduated from the University of Greenwich having studied part-time whilst working at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. He then went on to achieve an MRes from the University of Nottingham in the field of biomimetic natural product synthesis. During his nine years at Pfizer, Michael worked in a wide range of teams in several therapeutic areas such as Genitourinary, Sexual Health, Urology, Oncology, Regenerative Medicine and exploratory projects synthesizing novel small molecules with therapeutic potential. After completing a year with the Bristol Chemical Synthesis DTC , he joined the Booker-Milburn group in May 2012 and is now working on the use of organic photochemistry in the construction of complex cyclic architectures.
