Most concepts in chemistry are inherently abstract and as such visualisation of these concepts is often very difficult. This is just one area in which molecular modelling has its uses, as models of concepts can be easily produced, allowing rotation, zooming, but that is not all - visualisation is just one small part of computer modelling.
