When sticking a new webpage into the site follow the following instructions:

1. Insert a title where it says title in the top block!

2. Add the page to the appropriate place in the side menu, e.g. for a new lab member put their name in the Group Members section. It's probably easiest to do this in the template webpage's html view.

3. The bad bit... add the page to the appropriate place in the other menus! It should be just a case of cutting and pasting the relevant section from this page to the others using the html view for the page.

4. Delete this bit and add whatever you want to stick in this information bit!
