I am working on molecular modelling of inclusion complex between cyclodextrin and block copolymer. The aim of this research is to understand intermolecular interaction within the inclusion process and also predict the molecular structure of their inclusion complex.
The computational programmes used have included Cerius2, DL_POLY, CHARMM, Gaussian03.
